FORMS OF REPRESENTATION OF THE EARTH ON A MAP

[01:10] This geography lesson revisits previously learned material, concerning the landforms which vary in height and in form, with highlands, lowlands, mountains, plateaus, etc. The lesson teaches students that a map represents the Earth using a globe and that elements of the map can be analyzed in order to understand it better. The lesson objectives are introduced as well as real world applications, to provide justification for the need to master these geographic forms.
